This is such a clever little idea for homemade Vicks shower disk “thingies” from Sarah at BeingBrugalByChoice.
You place these disks in your shower and the hot water causes the essential oil vapors to release (namely rosemary, lavender and eucalyptus) which will help to clear your stuffy nose and help you breathe easily again.
